I drown my sleepiness in half-glassful of tea.

I used to do chai. Now I just can’t stomach it. But black tea with very little mik is enough to banish my sleepiness. :)
Dishoom?
I second Broom. Dishoom? Or is there another such hideout in London that you have discovered? :)
Banno – I do ‘tea’ now rather than chai. But that’s largely because the process of making chai feels a bit long-winded, when all I really want is a pick-me-up!
Broom and Sowmya – Spot on. I ate so much I couldn’t walk for a few hours afterwards.
chai = bliss ufffff !!
Just made me smile :)
There is nothing like a cutting chai to banish that post-lunch sleepiness. Maybe with a nankatai or two if it’s had around 4pm.
Just found your blog and it’s totally relatable (for want of a better word).
