I don't understand why they would go about re-inventing the wheel. As for me, I would be wary about any Indian site asking for personal information especially if it pertains to sharing opinions. The censorship culture is scary. 'Waiting for Approval' is the first indication of their wariness for suspect content and points to the fact that they don't get blogs at all.
